The Voice Kids debuted on Universal Kids in October 2018. The original version of the series was a proven smash and we intended to do the same the kids spinoff. Tasked with writing & producing the launch, I aimed to put the kids, their stories, and their voices in the spotlight to create a campaign that felt like show-stopping, can't-miss tv. 
The series launched with strong impressions for the network: 28k for Kids 2-11 & 15k for Women 18-49 in its premiere episode. The first season delivered ratings +133% above average for Women 18-49 & +67% for Kids 6-11.
For Season 2, we set out to build onto the show's fan-base and encourage family co-viewing and focused in on the power and emotion of the competitors and their families. The series is up +110% versus Season 1 among Kids 6-11.
